...Honestly - How am I meant to complain on EF about crap Switzerland if they go about making life easier??
You spoke too soon. Next week's thread: They promised me over the phone they would cancel the mahnung but instead sent it along with yet another administrative fee. Life is so unfair!!

Yeah, something like that. Never quite sure exactly what a "Mahngung" is anyway, so I tend to equate it with "reminder".
There are Alphonso Mahngungs but they are infested with radioactive fruit flies from Pakistan, and Indian Mahnungs which are rubbish except when eaten in the bath.

For more details, see:

EU bans Indian mangoes

Re: Damn Customer Service

Same here- we had the official electrics check for our house and a few things needed to be done. A friend who is an electrician said he would come over and fix- but he got delayed by too much work and then retired. He recommended another guy who was up to his neck in work- so further delays. We phone the ECAP to explain and they said the 500CHF fine was on the computer system ready to be sent- but cancelled it when we explained the work would be done asap. Pleasant and friendly- now work if done, and all OK and tickety boo
