contract marriage

Is it hard to find someone for contract marriage? I know, that's ilegal, but for me this is only way to immigrate in Switzerland.

Indeed.

I think you've answered your own question.

I thought that marriage is actually a contract between two persons

I'm not sure I've understood you correctly.

Are you talking about a fictitious or unconsummated marriage?

You want somebody to marry you, so you can move to Switzerland, live with him a couple of years and then divorce him?
What's the benefit for the "husband", apart from maybe a couple of "free" shags and blow-jobs (and the dubious "benefit" of sharing part of his pension etc...)?

Besides, there's a lot of competition from Asia and other Eastern European countries (ignoring for a moment the fact that Swiss Authorities are quite adept at weeding out the sham marriages from the real marriages).

Lady, I think you've not thought this through.

Hmmm - I wonder if the Swiss authorities check out these threads... if so, I think you´ve just denied yourself any chance of ever being allowed to emigrate to Switzerland...

Yes, I'm searching for fictitous marriage, but I don't want to have anything with that person, except this marriage on paper. Benefit for that person is money, negotiable, but not less than 30000 CHF.
And I'm not lady...

Re: contract marriage

An intelligent person would marry you, then turn you in to the authorities.

So, how much are you offering?

Tom

Re: contract marriage

Generally, I'm all in favour of a bit of criminal enterprise, arguing that the law is sometimes more of a bother than a godsend. Scheinehe (that's what it's called in German, by the way)? Sure, why not. If both of them are cool with it.

But - and you knew that there was a "but" coming, didn't you? - do the world a favour: Be smart about it. I mean, you might think that this Scheinehe of yours is a brilliant plan, yeah? You just went on a public forum and admitted to wanting to be guilty of a crime. In fact, you displayed intention, even, so you won't even get away with "But I didn't know" or "Я не знаю". That won't fly.

Besides, you're Russian. From Russia. Think about this. I am sure that you've heard of the concept of a Catalogue Bride. You know, the thing where disillusioned people from Central Europe go to Russia or China and more or less buy a wife? I am absolutely positive that this sort of thing must exist for men as well. If not: Take the CHF 30k you offer and open such a business, you might not make as much money as the people distributing Russian women all across the globe, but you'll be able to live off of it. And then emigrate.

So, Mr. Master Criminal, I think you have to think of a new plan. Here's a few suggestions:
  • Business Travel: You obviously have CHF 30k. That means you work. That means you have a job. That means you have a well-paying job. You can travel.
  • Find another country to go to then come to Switzerland via that country after you've lived in the other country for a while.
  • Buy a holiday home in some crappy town here and stay indefinitely. This is easier said than done because you'll run out of money soon and you can't apply for any kind of social welfare.
  • Don't come to Switzerland. Go somewhere else where the immigration laws are not that strict. Hell, with 30k, you could buy a house and live a life of luxury for a year or build your own company in southeast Asia.

Re: contract marriage

Vlad, I thought you had all the ladies dropping at your macho feet already? Marriage here is just an example of female domination, you'd only be oppressed, so protect your men's rights. Russia is strong and heterosexual. And whatever you do, don't move to Basel.

Exactly rainer_d. The Swiss won't just accept a piece of paper, they'll ask very searching questions about the relationship and want proof that it's been a long term commitment before the marriage.

Sounds more to me like you're trying the supposed easy way instead of working hard on building up the skills that employers want here.

Or it's simply a troll having his weird funtime.
