Coop/Migros super or family card

Hello all,
I buy lots of things from coop/migros. I have heard their family card or super card or something called point. I know nothing how to get these
My ques:
1. How to get these cards?
2. benefit of these cards

They're basically loyalty/reward cards.

Coop amass points which can be used to 'purchase' certain defined items or some non-foods.

Migros give money off vouchers, which arrive in the post, every few months.

Details about getting one can be found instore (normally info.desk is a good place to ask) or online from their respective sites.

Re: Coop/Migros super or family card

You can apply for both online. Use Google Translate if German is a challenge.

Coop: http://www.coop.ch/pb/site/supercard...Lde/index.html

Migros: https://www.migros.ch/cumulus/de/ueb.../vorteile.html

Each time you shop, just present the appropriate card to the cashier before paying. It's well worth having them if you shop a lot in both stores as the points soon mount up!

Happy shopping!

Re: Coop/Migros super or family card

benefits include 10x points occasionally ..

also, with cumulus extra, you can exchange the bonus points with higher rewards.. ex: Pathe cinemas, Domino Pizza's, Swisscom etc.,

Re: Coop/Migros super or family card

What others have posted.... but the Family card the OP mentions is reserved for people with children, it's useful to have if you're eligible for it though as there are quite a few extra offers you can get, usually child related, money off disposable nappies, trips out, etc.

PS; you can also apply for the cards at the customer services desk in the supermarkets themselves.
