What's a day without
Dougal's first meal of the day
Fewer smiles for sure

He is, as they say,
'otherwise well occupied'
the rest of the time.

Two mice and one snake.

Re: Got a haiku on your Swiss experience? Post it here!

Like in the fifties,
Stores close at six-thirty.
Do all wives stay home?

Inflated prices,
But quality not so good.
What's up with this place?

Quite nosy neighbors,
But no foreign policy.
Look inward too much.

Trees cut to square shapes
and all lake pathways are paved.
Nature's been expelled.

Had I not tried it,
These haiku would not exist.
Cultural exchange.

Stick to your winter one
Then fly to a beach, further down
