Looking for a butcher again (ZH/AG)
So, our Fourth of July party has taken on a life of its own, and I thought I should ask if anyone knows a good butcher, as in, one that actually butchers meat, rather than distributes it. Until now I've been buying from Braunwalder in Wohlen (not bad, really, but they do a St. Louis cut on the spare ribs rather than a full cut, and the ribs tend not to be very meaty). maybe someone else here has a better recommendation for someone that does it in a more, well, American, sense?
