Re: I smiled because...

After a long period to finish my post-grad, I finally sent my paper to be accepted, I worked in this paper about speaking acts in French language above a pragmatical perspective. It took 15 days more or less to prepare with some books as Generative Grammar, semantic studies and poltical linguistic for the way of teaching a foreigner language in a classroom on 21 century.

Little Rufus insistent on her pink princess tent being erected in the living room. She spent ten minutes in there.

The Rufus Hound is now in residence, on a cushion, crunching a dentastick. She cannot be enticed out.

Congratulations!

I remember finishing masters felt great.

Now, what's a foreigner language?
And why is generative grammar still being drilled, it's been outed a while back.

Thanks in all!
My paper is about sentences by French nativers above a pragmatical perspective. I had to watch many videos in French and take some interesting sentences to work in my paper. Of course I'd translated all of the sentences in portuguese to explain the phenoms in the sentences in French language.
About Generative Grammar? ! It' s so great to work with! I've one by brazilian professor from University of Rio de Janeiro, called Eduardo Kenedy, edited in 2013. Sometimes I need it to explain Morphosyntax to my students in the Portuguese classes.
Even if a GG focuses on cognitives phenoms, I see a little of social linguistic, at least the GG by Kenedy has it.

For my Master I intend to study textual linguistic.

Re: I smiled because...

I've painted shelves and walls recently, and am proud of the result. I danced around for half an hour on my own at home this morning, and that also made me feel great.

Re: I smiled because...

Well, I was in the office room at home to work and sunddelly I saw a big rat entering in it. I screamed too loud that he started to shack and... he pretended to be dead. I get him away from the office without killing me and a quarter later he's gone. Gosh!!! I've never seen it before, after that day I learned the rats do it to survey (Darwin's law)..

Re: I smiled because...

Two funny events in this morning: I took a plane to Brasília at 4:30 am to spend the celebrations period with my family. And one, I brushed my bown hair and I perceived a handful of gray hair strands. It's so beautiful!!!! UAUU! That will be my charming.

We got back from a lovely, if tiring, Christmas in the UK, to find a coupon in the postbox from the Coop, and got this....
It's Groundhog Day! Look what we got!

Picked ours up yesterday as well.
Needed to buy another paper bag that would carry the weight

Why on Earth so many sodas??? Last years was great, but have already exhausted any cool stuff from this years i.e. the salz stängli.

The veggie stock would have been appreciated, but not sure if I want to view the Christmas wrapping around it all year.

Sadly disappointed

Hope to win one again too this year just filled in the form. Was quite surprised last year at the amount of items.

Fingers crossed!

I rather liked the contents, chocolates, biscuits, muesli, apple juice, shower gel, and ovomaltine spread amongst other things!

And it's free! Maybe I'm easily pleased, but it felt like Christmas Day!

If I win one, you can gladly have the Salzstängeli, I hate them

Apologies - was just heavy to carry home together with my usual shopping (live on the 4th floor (no lift).
Forgot about the Ovomaltine spread - that was definitely a plus - but added to the weight, so I may have over-looked the benefits at first glance.

My daughter and I made the yearly (per last year) unveiling yesterday, but I may have been overly-freaked out about the weight.
She was happy too... and you obviously have a car.

No, no car, (and live on 3rd floor, no lift) but we went back for the box after we had brought home our regular shopping on the bus.
Anyway, enjoy!
