I smiled yesterday because I saw one like this in Zürich City yesterday, and was wondering if that was how the guy driving it had imagined his police dreams growing up (I think it's cool):

I'm surprised a German police car is allowed to drive through Zurich/cross borders.
Winterthur "Quartierspolizei" also got smarts.

Re: I smiled because...

Because I haven't forgotten Mozart's Requiem despite singing it in another country a decade ago. I have a few weeks to brush up the Latin lyrics, but it will be awesome. Victoria Hall - here we come!!

And because I cram it on a treadmill, it gets a bit tricky to multitask at high speed, lol

Does your washing machine hoard things for that long?

Yesterday it was reaining really hard and I didn''t take my umbrella expecting to be sunny and smiling and while I was waiting at the traffic lights, a man covered me with his umbrella and proposed me to walk me wherever I was going, even though it wasn''t his direction

Huddersfield town are in the Premiership. The last time they were in the top flight of U.K. football was in 1972.

I don't suppose they'll be there for long but it will be nice while it lasts.

Re: I smiled because...

I sat down in M2 next to a man who was doing crossword puzzle. I tried not to look I swear but what made me smile was the fact he was writing really huge letters overflowing the boxes for them. It looked quite artistic. Have to try.

We filled the Victoria Hall. It was an amazing concert. And the last event on our rehearsal/competition/exam/l'audition/spectacle/gig series on our family to-do list, for a few weeks. Summer (and thesis) - here I come.

Re: I smiled because...

It's winter in here despite the sunny days for awhile. The temperatures are enough to bear in the morning and afternoon, but at night we've 15 degrees . In this region, it's so cold 'cause in the houses there isn't radiator to heat there! I got out all my winter clothes from closet where they have been stored for 2 years! It's the first time I feel cold, 2 years later, 'cause I've lived in a hot place before.

Good on you. I stop smiling when temperatures drop to 18°C.

I see.. the difference is in raison to after a long cold period, you wish a real summer with high temperatures. Here is opposit: it's high ones at most of time in the year.

Keep your smile and positive thoughts, weather without rain it means hoter days soon.

Where exactly is "BsB", where night-time temperatures of 15° are considered "cold"?

I'm guessing it wasn't Victoria Hall in Saltaire (Yorkshire, Gods Own County)...pray tell where?
