I came accross this (thanks to marton's Mugabe thread .... everything leads to something good ) and I like this idea very much.

It should spread (not mental health specifically). I could well imagine investing time in such a project.

Having spent time with a psychiatrist and psychologist I can certainly say for me a pint and a chat in the pub was much more beneficial.

I think these bench sessions should be encouraged everywhere.

At least in a pub you're pretty certain that the others are as roughly as inebriated as you are.
