Re: I smiled because...

today I discovered what the Green and Red Blobs on the Forum means. Warm the cockles of my heart to find a couple.

(Wish I know how to reciprocate)

By sending a pm, saying thank you.

If you want to send green pebbles to someone (red ones are naff), you click on the scale top right of that somebody's post you find exceptional, chose how many greenies you want to give (max. 5) and add a comment.

I saw these stickers for sale:

And then I smiled again when I realized that for the first time since I buy private cars, the present one never had one of these cards on it.
I must be catching up with public standard

Which is why I can't find it in the parking lots anymore (no I still haven't solved that problem yet).

Congratulations, I think it wasn't easy! Germain for me it's a challenge. I've tried to learn it a long time ago. I just know to say: Ich spreche nicht Deutsche!
For me it's more easy Latin languages.

As a teacher I'm obligated to be vaccined against H1N1 and Influenza. I'm happy cause I can to go to fitness without problems, however only exercises for legs, so nothing for arms for awhile.

Would you care to explain what it's supposed to mean?

I see, a fancy car driver

If you drive an old car around here, the car dealers (mainly those who do export) stick their business cards on your car when you're parked (anywhere - even outside your home, LOL).
The cards tell you they buy all cars, no matter what bad shape they're in, you should please contact them.

While it is good to know where to get rid of your car instead of paying for the scrap yard, when you just got your "new" car (new to you) and have these cards on it every other day, it's kind of ..... well, it's funny actually.
They would probably laugh as well, seing the sticker and put the card on anyway.

Hmmmm..it is not an obligation here which I agree with. I am in no antivax camp but forcing folks to get a flu shot when they aren't in danger groups..where are the vax manufactured?

Swift recovery to your arms! There is just something fresh going on in India, good the vax did not make it yet to Brazil, you'd have a leg disabled, too.

My real life groupe des études make me smile this wk.

One day and one moment It's probably, but German isn't so easy to learn than Latin languages! It,s the same for English (anglosaxon root).

Re: I smiled because...

Lidl sold me the most amazing raspberries I've had in years!
Each one a beauty, the taste is amazing .... actually like a rasberry, would you believe!

They came from here.
When there is no "from the region" stuff around I will look out for Onuba from now on. I'll see if this was just a lucky strike or if first class is really their thing.

No, no, not anytime! For example, had I been sipping my water just then, I'd have had to go into emergency cleaning action to save my keyboard.
As it is, I'm recovering nicely, thank, you, and still chuckling.
