because my son saw his first fox this morning, whilst watching the farmer next door mowing hay.

I'm smiling cos I'm about 20 minutes away from a 2 hour lunch break, during which I shall be playing football in the sun!

Because I went shopping for clothes and discovered I've actually shrunk despite taking cortisone AND found a gorgeous bright yellow fifties summer dress. Now for the courage to actually wear it...

Wear it tonight and make other people smile too.

I'm smiling because I just got promoted, I have a long weekend, and my vacation request for the summer holidays was approved. Yes, my smile is so big at the moment you can probably spot it on Google Earth. <smileysize=1000></smileysize>

my 2 boys have returned from school with relatively positive remarks intheir agendas, my little one is having 5mins and more on the sofa, the sun is shining, I'm just off out to buy some flowers for the garden and we have a long weekend to look forward to - yes, i'm smiling.......

.... our 5 year old son told us that he wanted a daughter ( he meant sister , bless him ) and just the week before , we were racking our brains how to tell him that we wanted to try for another child .....

I smiled the other day because one of my best friends in Belgium went to see Sebadoh there the other day, a band we both adore. In the middle of the concert, he thought of me and called me up on my cell so that I too could enjoy a few minutes of the concert. So far away, yet so close, that made me smile!

Yes ..... Thinking about it makes me smile , too !
