got a stage (training ? ) at the Maison Tavel in Geneva.

It's the museum about Geneva's History, and Geneva's History is one of my passion

... as I was driving up the road to my house last night, I slowed down to make sure the dog that was being walked (without a lead) didn't end up under my wheels.

The owner thanked me.

Re: I smiled today because

Yesterday I continuously cleared the deep path on the patio to feed the birds in thick snow and blizzard. In the afternoon there was a chaffinch on the path that was unable to fly - either had been stunned on window or to weak. So I got a cardboard box from the barn and made a small door at the top, leaving the flap. I put it on the path upside down with some hay in the corner, a saucer of water and some sunflower seeds and porridge made with veg fat - within minutes it had found its way in. This morning I dug the path out again, and very carefully lifted the box (having got a box ready inside in case it was worse but still alive, to bring it in) - and hurrah - it had gone. No sign of any disturbance - so not a fox or cat. It must had got warmer, fed properly and re-hydrated, and able to fly off. Big smile.
