Does anyone know what issues there might be flying drones over ski resorts? I'm wondering if the rule about crowds might apply - good job there are few lift queues in Switzerland

I'm thinking of having drone-eye views of ski resorts on my ski web site.

Try this bad boy I was thinking about bringing back from Dalian.

It won't fit in my suitcase!

Should be perfect for flying over the ski lifts.

There's room for two in there. I bags first ride.

But don't you think they will call out the airforce if you start buzzing the lifts with that?

I thought a Mavic pro might be more discrete

Joking aside, not a good idea to fly a drone over or near people. Or identifiable wildlife.

The wildlife do not have to be identifiable - many places pretty close to ski resorts have a no-fly zone to protect local fauna.

Hoch y Brig, for example, to the left of the car park when looking from the road is such a zone.
