If you have some more links to EF threads and comments to said links, feel free to add those links by creating a post in this thread which mentions the links along with the category you'd sort your links into.
Please don't add external links, as this thread's intent is to provide help with the threads already started within the EF.

Note - please keep this thread as free of debate regarding the links and info provided as possible, so that it remains mainly a source of information for EF members rather than a discussion board.
