Cancellation of cable tv in rented flat

Hi Folks,

I've been paying for cable tv through my nebenkosten for years but since I don't use it, I'd like to give notice to my landlord to cancel it. I seem to remember a post from years back pointing to a proforma letter which can be submitted as cancellation notice to landlords, unfortunately I can no longer find this on the forum.

Is there anyone who has done this or who can point me in the right direction?

Thank in advance.
