Like everything else in Switzeland, there are no such things as free masons here.

True, and Tom's not even his real name. He's just brainwashing us to think it is.

Freemasonry is Light..
Isn't Freemasonry Light just the Basler Fasnacht Cliques?

Or are you suggesting that Freemasonry is some form of electromagnetic radiation?

But not Illuminati....

And either you are a member in OZ and through your brethren can claim help to get to Switzerland or you are not a member and the Swiss most likely won´t be bothered by someone claiming their help just to get into the country.

Just check the forum part on permits and on study grants, that seems to be the only way of getting here (apart from getting a job etc obviously)

There is lodge near us and occasionally you catch sight of someone, remarkable because of their style of dress. The bedroom slippers are a dead give away:

Yep. It's the light. Apparently. Is it Friday again?

Tiago, are you already a member of this association? I'm thinking possibly not because otherwise you wouldn't be posting the question here.

You asked similar questions on your previous thread: namely how do I get to live in CH. Same answers, I suppose. Study, work, cash... or a combination thereof. You can't just rock up with a dream.

Re: any Freemasons on the Forums?

you need first to buy a Zirkel and a Geodreieck and hang them like a necklace in the centre of Zurich. You will be then approached.

And Catholics? Just thinking that if Limegreen has a Portuguese passport, he/she might be Catholic.

Hi, my name is Tiago and i want to join freemasonry in Switzerland!
anyone here a Freemason?
If is very unlikely that you will be able to work as a mason over here. By and large masons are self employed and only Swiss citizens, permanent residents and EU/EEA citizens have a legal right to establish their business here.

Furthermore, were you to be employed the employer would need to show that there is no local or EU/EEA citizen available to take the position. This is particularly difficult in your case given the large number of masons or orangemen seen marching every 12th of July.
