lol, i found out about Freemasonry when i was 16...
asked to join here in Australia when i was 20 years old.
now I'm 23 years old.

So are you in the Aus freemasons or not? If you are then they may help you transfer, if you are not then it's likely that you are not 'important' enough in your own country to be inducted, and it is therefore VERY unlikely you will be considered important enough somewhere else as a foreigner.
BTW. You don't ask to join the masons, they ask you to join.
