They are asking for your DNA to keep on their records in case they have to investigate you for something else as per the previous mention of burglary investigations. It's called Codis.

Have you told the police about his friend? Perhaps it's all a ruse to find out your friend's connections with ISIS. | | | | | I mentioned it to them.
I don't even think he is concerned nor does it have significance or connection to the "missing" hard drive. He's most likely doing things out of malice.

It was stated in the summons that they need my DNA profile for heir records but my lawyer said that it is absolutely necessary. I will know more by next week .

Profiles are only compiled if they meet the legal and quality requirements. A communications platform developed specifically for the purpose of the analysis guarantees secure data transfer.>>
Cute. As someone I know would say.

So you mentioned that guy's possible ISIS connection to the police. Was that before or after they came up with the DNA thing?

It sounds like you should have the law on your side, i find it hard to imagine the situation where a missing hard drive in a shared house escalates into a police search unless the accuser is implying more, or maybe has a friend in the police department, if you are in the clear, you should fully expect some recompense

What a strange thread, someone apparently needs some guidance or at least emotional support, and yet one of the loudest voices in reply offers nothing but sarcasm and poorly veiled antagonism. How hard is it to either lend some sympathy of just ignore the thread, rather than be an ass?
