a glass of red wine is the equivalent to an hour at the gym

Details here

Luckily I managed 5 hours last night!

(Mods; I posted here because the wine was Swiss )

I'd like to know how many power squats there are in a bottle of grappa. Is there an app for this? Perhaps a fitbit type device attached to the elbow could provide real time data.

Hahaha yes I love this. Although I must say my six-pack is sure taking its sweet time showing up despite my daily "5 hour workouts". Perhaps I should try a Bordeaux instead?

Re: a glass of red wine is the equivalent to an hour at the gym

0.5 l beer = 200 calories
6x0.5l = 1200 calories
To warm up 3 l of beer from 10C to 37C, the body needs 3000 x 27 = 81000 cal
So, one cold sixpack burns 81000 - 1200 = 79800 calories

Wrong. Kilocalories are not calories .

Actually it's the white wine that does the trick.

The good news is that if you cool your beer to absolute zero, and limit your drinking to four bottles per day, you'll burn off 130 kcal. Also the entire epithelial lining of your gastrointestinal tract (plus a little more), but that would just add to your weight loss.
