I wonder what the OP did in the end. It seems like a big issue for her back then.

OP, are you still visiting this site? Did you do anything?

* Could be, but if he was just a prat he would have got bored eventually. Jumped onto the next "game".

Probably finalising the marriage as we continue our musings.....

Re: advise needed: shall I report the case to police or not

Update, I have also seen him again, and he tried it on again!! Also he has been reported to the police, my Swiss friend reported him for me but that was before my most recent encounter wth him. That's 3 I've had now. He was easy to deal with this time he didnt follow me. The police advice had been to ask his name but I guess I was flustered and forgot, I just wanted to get away quickly. This time he was riding a motorised scooter, he rode past me from behind and stopped a few metres in front.

I live in Lachen, SZ - a small village by the Zurich lake. It is generally very quiete lovely town.
Two days ago, on Monday evening I went for a walk and on the way back around 6pm when I was entering my building a young boy (13-14 year old) approached and asked me (in German) if I can play a game with him. I said "I don't understand German". He switched to a basic English and asked if I can play a game with him again, described the game with his hands. ( it was stone, paper, scissicor game) And he said if he wins he will kiss me. I said no. That moment I was also looking for my key to enter into the building but I couldn't find it. So far all was under control, but when I said no, he took a step forward me and asked "why". He had a strange look in his face but it was around 18.30,not dark and I am infront of my house. I didn t get too scared, but felt very uncomfortable. I just told him that I was sick. He said "ok" and walked away.

But yesterday on the same street I saw him again, he was coming across, I look to his eyes to show that I remember him and I am not scared. But 50m after I turned back and he started to follow me again. I didnt get what he was trying to do, I looked back a few times but he didn't give up to follow.

I called my husband, luckily he was at the building door just that moment, he started to walk to me. I stopped in the middle of street and wait the boy. Once he came closer, he saw my husband coming towards he started to look his mobile. My husband shout him and tell him off to not follow, talk, he was about to punch him but I stopped. The boy was scared said "ok, ok" and run away. The case is closed for me, he was young slimsy boy but what if he does this to younger girls or smaller kids? What if he continues this behaviour when he grows up and became stronger too?
Is this just a stupid boy or shall I report this to police? I also took a photo of him when he was running away.
You dont get it...

Do You.

What in hells name is wrong with a kid asking a lady to kiss him?

You have gained a little bit of knowledge about a key thing here. And not gone on with, or thought about it.

Or you are still in the changing room while every one else is playing.

Good idea BTW to snap a photo of the kids back as he was running away.

The police advice had been to ask his name
How helpful....in other words, catch the culprit by yourself, nice.

What does your German teacher think you should do?
Apparently he didn't learn from being shouted at / caught before, so probably 'reporting' him is a good idea...
