All Saints' Day travel to Rigi

Ok so it's fair to say I'm not religeous but I try to observe "do nothing" days. Is All Saints' Day one of them?

I'm hoping to take the train up Mt. Rigi from Arth-Goldau=> Rigi Kulm and back with a small child...will the railweay even be running?

As a Brit, Bank Holidays normally mean attractive venues are packed out and the weather is supposed to be nice. So:

1. Will trains be running?
2. Will there be hoards of people there?
3. Child (7 yrs) friendly?

Google didn't help, nor did rigi.ch

1. Yes, it will be running. It runs every day of the year.
2. Maybe but probably not.
3. It's child friendly.
