Suggestion of silent vibrating alarm...

Happy weekend!
I am looking for a silent vibrating alarm (which wakes me up in the night but not OH)...
Any experience and advice? Thanks!

Re: Suggestion of silent vibrating alarm...

Any vibrating alarm will wake me and not OH. Come to think of it, any alarm will wake me and not OH.

Many years ago when I shared a bedroom with my sister and had to get up much earlier than she did, I used an old fashioned alarm clock which I put under my pillow. I heard it. She didn't.

Re: Suggestion of silent vibrating alarm...

Apple Watch (and likely many other smart watches) have vibrating alarms.

My fitbit has a silent alarm.

I get out of bed an hour earlier than everyone else.

It's discrete and effective at waking me up.

Re: Suggestion of silent vibrating alarm...

Search for vibrating alarms that are sold on websites for people who are hard of hearing or deaf.

A few minutes with Google should do it.

Re: Suggestion of silent vibrating alarm...

I purchased this for my sister in law a little while back. Seemed pretty effective.

Sonic bomb alarm!

I can't remember where I bought it but this link gives a good description:

You want one of these. Don't be fooled by the Apple logo on the trailer.:

Don't go for these expensive gimmicks. Just buy a Xiaomi band 2 from digitec for 40chf and you have everything a fitbit does for a fraction of the price.

I never used an alarm again after having my tracker wake me up, it's a lot better and I wake up non-irritated too.
