I would like to share some fantastic service from this shop. My Rolex stopped working and I took it in. The shop owner suggested it may require a service, which for a Rolex is not insignificant and would take a month or two. I got a call a week later informing me that it was just a small part that had broken and they had replaced just that part for CHF150. They could easily have told me the watch required a service and I would not have known any different. This was a year ago.

Last week the clasp on the strap popped off, so I took it in. I went to pick it up today. No charge!

So, if anyone in Zug is looking for a watch shop with great service, I can recommend this one!
