We're nr Hausen am Albis and our neighbours metal shutters (3m x 2.5m) got ripped off their support in the storm on Monday afternoon and were blowing around like a shirt on a washing line. Needless to say their shutters are destroyed plus their window is scratched so badly it will need to be replaced. Due to the design and position of the house they'll need a crane to bring in the new window! This is where you're thankful for the Gebaude Versicherung....

Rather bizarrely our balcony furniture didn't move an inch....
