It is alleged Luzi Stamm purchased Cocaine in Bern's old town this week, he claims he wantd to inform the police on the dealer.
It is also claimed he entered the Bundeshaus last year carrying a suitcase containing one million euro in fake banknotes.

Whether there is any connection between between these two incidents is not yet known.
Also not known if any laws were broken, other than potentially drug possession.

Clearly the banknotes were to be rolled up and used to sniff the cocaine, purely of course as an authenticity test of the white powder, to ensure that the police would be put onto a genuine drug dealer and not a simple hoaxer.
An exemplary law abiding citizen, I would say.
