Rotary switch of kitchen stove stuck

I have these push-out push-in rotary switches on my VZUG kitchen stove...

https://www.silvertech.ch/v-zug-bedi...nen-3300600430

I just moved into this flat for a few weeks, the switches have been working perfectly until today, I can't push out one of them without a bit of force, and it's impossible to turn...

I'm not a handy person at all, I read the user menu and googled, nothing useful, any ideas on how I can fix that myself or should I call the Hauswart?

Call the Hauswart, they most likely will send somebody from V-zug over to perform a repair.

We also have a V ZUG. Had the same problem. Pushed one switch in and it would not come out. A techniker from V ZUG came and it was fixed easily. But contact your caretaker first. Not V ZUG. Otherwise it will cost big money

To add to that, if it is agreed that you should handle the whole thing (which may well be very reasonable), requrest confirmation in writing in advance. Furthermore, the owner/regie may claim that this is yours to pay. Don't. Everything that requires a specialist's knowledge or tools is to be paid by the owner regardless of how much it costs.
