Wallpaper

Hi all,

Does anyone know where to buy the standard textured white wallpaper?

Also, is there a standard white paint used in rental apartments?

My cat has destroyed a wall and I need to fix it 🤣

Thanks for any help

Re: Wallpaper

Of course there's a "rule" for paint colour—this is Switzerland!

The standard "rental white" is RAL 9016. Just ask at your local hardware store.

How long have you been in the apartment? Paint on walls has an expected life of eight years (longer if it's particularly durable paint, but this is exceptional) and your landlord may have a tough time forcing you to contribute to the repainting if the paint is older than that. Of course, if the wall's a mess and you plan to continue living there, you may just want to fix it yourself anyway.

We were adventurous then, we took RAL9010

I'd do it myself too, specially if not moving out, but should you be a cheapskate, could be a case for your insurance (Haftpflicht).
