If I receive 2 articles in the one order and decide to send one back do I have to pay for both the articles first before I send one back. Or can I just pay for the article that I keep and send the other back?

You just pay for the one you keep ..
The balance for the one you return remains outstanding until they receive it, at which point the balance goes to zero..

the easiest is to already preadvise your return online, you select the item your returning and your balance will be updated once they receive it

I believe my neighbour has oniomania. 3-4 times a week there's a package of zalando, and other fashion stuff at the entrance. At least once a week there is a huge load of Zalando packages to be returned (apperently, the post picks them up from home). My guess is the neightbour keeps 1/20 of the stuff ordered. Basement is full of boxes (half zalando). Now even at our garage the neighbours' parking spot has become a spot to place more carton boxes. Just seeing those drives me crazy
