Re: Laydeeez, you love the locks, yes? Yes?

I'm willing to confess to having a weakness for men with long hair, even when they're going a little thin on top (Francis Rossi comes to mind), as long as it's kept clean; unwashed, greasy hair is horrible.

My OH went through a mid-life crisis in his forties and for several years wore his hair in a long pony-tail.... he's also bearded, which I think is the case with DB?
It suited him, but once the grey outnumbered the brown it did became slightly daft looking and he eventually agreed to a severe haircut; I still have the offending item somewhere.

Personally, I feel men should be even more attentative towards their wives in private matters during this time. A happy wife is a happy life.

When I first met my OH she said:
"You'd look terrific with short hair".
What she meant was:
"Get your hair cut you scruffy b##stard".
Did 'ya?

Sure but do we have to start with moobs?

So, as a gentleman approaching middle age, I was thinking it was high time I had a mid-life crisis. You know, recapture the lost glories of my youth, that kind of thing.

I can't afford a Ferrari, and value my balls too much to entertain the thought of getting a mistress, so I thought, perhaps, that I could grow my hair out. You see, as a young man, and an afficiando of thrash metal, I once had marvellous locks down to my shoulders and beyond, which filled those lucky young ladies who had the opportunity to stroke it into raptures of delight. I was, for sure, a veritable Absolom.

So what do you think? Is long hair attractive on the older man? Do you like it with a touch of grey? With ponytail, in a bun, or loose?

I'm all ears, as long as they're still visible!
Well at least long hair gives something for the women to play with if everything else is lost

Re: Laydeeez, you love the locks, yes? Yes?

Let's be honest DB. That book that you use to indoctrinate your kids says that having long hair makes you all powerful and cutting it is a bad idea, so you should probably do that and keep the scissors away from the missus.

One only needs to look on here to see the power of long hair in action.

Well who was it in ancient mythology that lost all his power when they cut his hair off?

Re: Laydeeez, you love the locks, yes? Yes?

Please don't, get a tattoo or grow a beard instead...but not a grey ponytail. That look only works on a few young men (i.e. Robert Plant at the height of Zeppelin) if at all.
