Yes, but a spaced out Swiss is still rather narrow.

..... when you watch a movie and see actors shake hands or hug and you think wtf?! That's when you start wondering if you'll ever go back to normal.
Yes. This is the Swiss view of the world

This. .....or chatting carelessly over a cup of coffee, or being at a gathering. I've been wondering the same thing. I feel like it has been taken something very important from us all - what makes us humans. Physical contact. Connection.

You could at least put in a small explanation (the main points.) I have no interest in reading through an otherwise boring report for neurologists
Nobody is making you. You'll not be quized on it.

Does anyone understand the Swedish strategy, I just read that 2000 healthcare staff signed a petition begging government to apply stricter measures? Where are our Swedish members - what is your take on this?

All the Swedes I know (a very decent amount including my wife) declare the government for crazy. My pregnant asthmatic sister in law still has to teach in Stockholm because pregnancy and asthma are not seen as people with higher risk in Sweden when they get the disease. Friday some people including her had to go home from school due to showing symptoms and none of them will get a test, school itself continues as if nothing could go wrong. If they stop coughing they are expected back at school.

Parlament and Government are more concerned atm how the coalition tries to take all power away from parliament to push through whatever they please without voting. And the party's on the right are not even trying to object against current policies since they are afraid people might see it as trying to gain votes over the disease.

It is an amazing weird country taking a huge bet.

If this goes on than by the time we start losing restrictions they'll start going into them.

There is a clear paragraph on it, shnookums, most of the rest of text is a list of guidance for neuro wards, really.

Amongst others they list some symptoms that may show up 1st and make doctors not think of Covid19 at 1st: diziness, headaches, muscle pain, troubled consciousness, confusion (due to intracranial inf.), affected speech or other muscles, loss of smell and taste, spasms, seasures, stroke. Those can happen with other strong viral infections, too. They mentioned that more than 1/3 of Covid19 patients were experiencing neurological symptoms.

Czech Medical Faculty Hospital is taking Covid19 patients that will be transported from France.

Czech IT volunteers from universities are 3D printing protective shields and respirators for med staff to compensate for shortage, volunteering independent pilots are flying the consignments to hospitals.

I am supposed to receive injections every 3 months which must be given by a doctor. The specialist recommended I postpone the injection due in mid April. The question is going to be when will it be safe to have this?
I'm doing injections every week at my family doctor's office for the last three weeks. Usually it's full by old people, but now it's almost empty. I met one acquaintance of mine there once, he came for the regular checkup. I have an impression that the doctor and the assistants are very underloaded these days.

Re: Coronavirus

family doctors in Switzerland are really crazy now.
Colleague's daughter had big ear pain, typical for ear infection. the family doctor didn't what to see them at all. told them that everybody needs to be in quarantine, not allowing going to the supermarket either, and antibiotics were picked up by a neighbor, and they got the medical certificate for 10 days stating "quarantine due to coronavirus disease in the household". it isn't even written that there's suspicion of corona but that the disease in the household is.

our medical department in the company is going crazy. they told me that they receive a certificate that doesn't follow the recommendations at all, that the family doctors don't want to examine people at all and everyone is "corona sick" no matter the symptoms.

Oh dear. That doctor is a nutter. False statement plus violating data protection.

I hear you but they aren't crazy. They are dealing with a crazy situation. And it is new. The list of symptoms of the benign or mild cases must be growing every day for them.
