See if you can buy them in Germany, some still offer them as from 1 EUR (Focus has a deal, I think)

Germany has changed the mask requirements. Cloth masks are now forbidden in shops and on public transport (except long-distance trains). https://www.thelocal.de/20210120/wha...port-and-shops
FFP2 not mandatory except for staff in nursing homes. I really feel for them. Doing a tough job already, now made even tougher. It can't be pleasant to wear such masks for protracted periods.

I understand your scepticism but in this particular case I would not wonder if the masks are identical and manufactured on the same plants in China only sold without 1000% of added cost. I order lots of small things on Ali and the quality is usualy the same good (or the same bad) as of the similar items in Swiss shops, only much cheaper.

Does N95 stand for 95% filter capacity? Some suppliers do not have N95 in their number but talk about the 95%.

| | Re: Coronavirus | Quote: | | | | | | | | | | Sounded good until I checked the delivery-costs:
Versand per Schweizer Post oder DPD
Mit DPD betragen die Versandkosten pro Paket CHF 10.90.
Mit der Schweizerischen Post betragen die Versandkosten B-Post pro Paket CHF 12.90.
Mit der Schweizerischen Post betragen die Versandkosten A-Post pro Paket CHF 14.90.
They must be rather heavy masks
edit: @Susie-Q, tell me how are they worn? On the ears as we're used to? I saw some need tying behind the head (which sounds like a pita). Thanks.

Following mass testing in St Moritz after guests were quarantined at Badutt's Palace and Kempinski's, it has been found that about 1% of the population is infected with the virus. In the Hotels above, where employees had tested positive for the virus, the result was 4% infection. Interestingly, the outbreak in the hotels has been confined to hotel employees and has not spread to guests which shows that the Hotels protocols work well. https://www.20min.ch/story/31-hotela...t-641463063808 | The following 6 users would like to thank Klostersgirl for this useful post:

In Slovakia, in some regions of Graubünden in December, and now in St Moritz as well?

Oh, no. New measures in Kt Zurich (Google translated): | Quote: | | | | From Monday to the end of February, students from the 4th grade of primary level onwards are required to wear a mask on the school premises, in the school buildings and in class. In multi-year classes with 3rd and 4th grade students, the mask requirement already applies to 3rd grade students. Swimming lessons are not permitted from the 4th grade onwards. | | | | | | The following 4 users would like to thank TinyK for this useful post:

Yes, behind the head... if you have tiny ears like me, that is a better option and I find it to be very comfortable/the mask really stays in place. It is like what you see in the instructions in the following link: http://blog.geekbuying.com/2020/03/h...asks-properly/ | This user would like to thank Susie-Q for this useful post:

I think it's ludicrous that Swiss governments have been pretending that children couldn't possibly carry and spread the virus up until now. Too little, too late, as usual.
