Decathlon In Zürich have a workshop that perform scooter repairs and will easily perform small maintenance like changing tyres etc at cheaper than "buying a new e-scooter" (lol) prices.. https://www.decathlon.ch/ch_en/ | The following 2 users would like to thank Chuff for this useful post: | | The following 2 users groan at Chuff for this post:

but this decathlon info is very useful to solve this mystery..
so should I go there and request their help and they change the tire? how long would it take do you think if you have any previous experience? should i leave the scooter there?

I'm sure you can figure it out the rest yourself from there. | This user would like to thank Chuff for this useful post:

When you say "repair" what do you even mean?
PS: If it's for more serious or complex stuff then find an escooter specialist like the top link of this google search https://www.google.com/search?q=esco...hrome&ie=UTF-8 |

oke here is the story..
Decathlon said they were repairing escooters before but since they had quite problems, they decided not to do these days.
Ochsner sports and smartbike didnt even just change my tires.
In the end, I return it to digitech service and they took it back (my scooter is under warranty actually, I just wanted to repair, change of the front tyre, it quickly if possible). they will inform me when it is done

As for future tyre changes, you could order tyres (or full wheel sets) online, grab y youtube vid for instructions and change them yourself, it is actually really simple.

I just called them as I was like "wtf, I saw them do it" and wanted to confirm for my own future uses and they also told me they did until recently do e-scooter repairs, but now they don't for safety reasons.
So, the same principle applies to the links to the dedicated escooter workshops I provided above, they will do things like simply change tyres for not too much money (vs buying a new scooter, of course). |

And a lot of folks repair themselves.

For user-replaceable parts this should be relatively painless.

Changing tyres can be tricky as they are rather hard, especially 8.5" ones.
I have seen that people upgrade to 10" (might require some modifications on your scooter). They claim to gain a lot of speed, comfort and that the tires are much easier to change and much more resistant.
For 8.5" tires, it's recommended to put a high pressure (up to 4.5/5bar if you are heavy) and use a tyre sealant.
