It is great. Burpies, planks. I gotta tone down my Rambo routine, but so far memorizing 300p symphonies works really well on a treadmill for me. I can zone out. I'd have to watch out for terrain too much if I ran outside.
I’m sorry, I just woke up on my sofa. Must be a result of the grey soup sky and thoughts about the lovely walk awaiting me in it today. Did I miss something?

With this text I realise that I am still dreaming, so will doze back. Not the worst dream I’ve had.

I‘m too new to thank apparently, but this is so true. We each do what we can without too much comparison to others.
It doesn't even make sense to compare yourself to random people, totally ignoring their background/history/health or family status. I think one thing you can and should do is to be fair to yourself and asses your abilities correctly, avoid stupid accidents, try to stick to a general plan, gradually increase the level of physical activity and don't panic when you didn't do that in a day or two, or three, or a week. Keep trying, do whatever you can - at the gym or somewhere else. Even taking the stairs instead of elevator or getting off the bus one stop earlier can count.
Anyway...I don't mind when people brag about their (superior) achievements, I guess it's good if they're happy and feel good about themselves.

Iím sorry, I just woke up on my sofa. Must be a result of the litre bottle of whisky I just downed!
