Seeing that we're a community, we ought to stick together and make use of our combined resources. I would like this thread to be a sort of classifieds, where we can post what we need or what we can offer. I do trust that everybody will use common sense and not abuse the system.
I start by stating that I live on the Zurich Goldcoast and I can offer people a ride in case of an emergency or are in need of heavy lifting. I can also take care of pets, should anybody not be able to walk/feed your pet.
Here is a brief summary of who is located where and was kind enough to offer their help/resources should somebody require them. The summary was provided to you by Ata, who was kind enough to PM me the list. I will update it accordingly.

I live in Thalwil (so other side of the lake Zurich). I have a car and can help with shopping.
Due to my parents being in the risk group I can't babysit.
But let me know if there is anything I can help you with. I am Swiss and speak fluent Swiss German.

obviously i'm not physically able to help out there myself but I do have family in Thurgau (specifically aadorf) and good contacts in Grindelwald if anyone is stuck there who needs assistance ( thinking more of elderly /self quarantine individuals)

Im afraid that I still need to work, which means driving to Lucerne daily until the company finally agrees on home office.. but as Im stuck here happy to help during the weekends? Have a car, fluent in German

I'm in Bern, near Westside. Have a car and speak fluent German. Not in any risk groups and no family members in Switzerland that need protection.....so happy to help where I can.

I am in Vaud near Vevey. We have the whole family at home and I do have mild asthma but not sure it puts me in high-risk as its not severe. Have a car etc if someone needs shopping etc.

In Dübendorf (north east of Zürich city) with a car, can carry large bags of shopping unaided up stairs as tested this weekend for a friend.
Still working but I can give a hand in the evenings.
Also, not sure about helping the elderly directly, happy to drop things to a door.

From Uster ZH with a car and 2 teenage kids, together we can carry pretty much anything up/down stairs. Not in any risk-group and no relatives here in Switzerland.
How are the local hospitals in your area? Maybe worth checking if they are looking for volunteers.

Im in Neuchâtel near the Bern cantonal border and also happy to help with shopping etc for people who need it.
Have a strong, fit 20 year old at home who has a car available so can do any heavy lifting etc if needed. He doesnt start online courses from uni until next Monday.

I'm in Baden, and have a big ol' station wagon available for grocery / pharmacy runs or anything else. Also, if you need a ride somewhere, or if you would like your pet walked / fed / etc. Really if you need something and you are in or around Baden, just let me know and we'll figure it out.
