Grocery Delivery - Oberland

Hi

Am wondering if anyone has had any success in getting Groceries delivered in the Oberland?

Have been trying for 5 days to get an order thru via Coop, but it just says to try again later.

Am totally new to ordering, so would welcome anyone's recommendations as I'm in self isolation due to being in the high-risk category.

Did you try leshop? (Migros) at least they put you in a waiting-line even online. Which means you will get your turn at one point.

At the moment, on leshop, one can fill one's basket, but when going to checkout the website says that all delivery slots are fully-booked. As far as I can see it, there doesn't seem to be a way to know when a new slot will become available, so one just has to keep trying to log on again and again until one finds new delivery dates.

That's dumb. What is this supposed to be? Occupational therapy?
I just changed my mind: At least coop tells you from the start.

Farmy just changed their online store so that if you access via computer/web (not the app) you can see where the available slots are before placing your order. Itís about two weeks for outside ZŁrich (Winterthur)

Yep, that's solved pretty well. The first two deliveries are for free as well. Is that because of the situation or normal procedure for them?

Thatís always been the case as far as I remember.

I placed an order yesterday afternoon and once I saw the 2 week lag, wanted to place a larger order. But you canít modify an order. So a couple hours later, they changed the method. A bit annoyed. Oh well.

Hi

Have been trying for 5 days to get an order thru via Coop, but it just says to try again later.

They add a new timeslots after midnight. Try to have your basket completed before, and then checking the timeslots after midnight. By the morning, all the new timeslots are usually gone.
(at least this all is true for Neuchatel, but I believe the similar logic is for other cantons).

Re: Grocery Delivery - Oberland

Hello all,

thank you for the trick of waiting till midnight in order to get the order through and get an available slot: that worked for me too! However, I can't finalize my order cause the system says the delivery needs to be for the next 14 days in order for me to pay through credit card. However, this is not possible at the moment: the first available slot is on the 16th of April. Did you guys encounter this problem too?
