Re: Suspend Your GA

Hi

I've done the online form on March 21st and got an auto-generated email in response.

Is there additional follow on recommended?

Cheers

I just got that option too, I'm about to pass the 30 days suspension and they won't let me suspend it any more, cancelling is the only option..

Guess I'll just head out and see what Ticino is like at the moment.

GA Clients receive an extra 15 days goodwill for free, when you renew your GA or monthly pass:

Re: Suspend Your GA

Hi all,

After some research I still have a question about the SBB GA. Thanks for your help.

I want to suspend/deposit my GA while I go on vacation in july which I understand I can do for up to 30 days.

My GA runs out in August and I do not want to renew it going forward.

Does anyone know if I will I get the money back from my "suspended" days when I cancel/do not renew my GA?

As far as I know, yes. When I cancelled my GA last year I got the Hinterlegung amount refunded. Act now though if you're wanting to cancel the GA you need to give at least a months notice!
