Boring.

I am grateful for holidays, even though it just means switching the pc offffffff.
Can understand that. The amount of trolls on EF is sadly horrifying (had a very brief insight into what you mods are facing).

What does SKS stand for, please, in this context?
Yeah, Odile, what's a SKS bed?
Googling results are a bit disturbing.

No worries. The perspective of 10 years of this tends to make things quite relative. Which brings me to - being thankful to all cool EF members. Especially those with a sense of humor.

I am grateful to.....Farmy.

...because Farmy delivered.

We used to buy from them even before but today, seeing their products....thank you, Farmy and to whoever has contributed to our parcel, including the delivery guy who I think was a taxi driver before.

I‘m grateful that there are companies out there that struggle, and have managed to turn around their shop / restaurant into something that people want through a delivery service

This, they showed a LS resto making only 15% less than usually by cooking take aways. Their loyal 30 customers are coming one by one to pick up their orders, how lovely. This industrious stuff will keep the economy afloat, I am thankful for people adapting and adjusting fast.

Grateful to still get out in morning and drive to work. No traffic. No jams. No one sitting on my ass.

I‘m afraid that you caught me in that short stage between post-menopause and pre-dementia. Otherwise, I guess this sounds good if it helps keep the 2 meter distance

I am grateful for nice EFers who can exist without abusing neither groan nor red rep.

For sunshine today.

For peace and quiet outside.

I am grateful that many EFers now have to think before they post, groan or red-rep. Because facts are not always „aggressive“ or „nasty“, but facts. Unfortunately each of us is living in a time of these “facts”.

Re: The April Attitude of Gratitude

For funny EFers, facts or not.

For the best weather one can wish for an Easter wknd.

For friends reaching out from all corners of the world, we all seem to be stuck in the same situation. There is something in it that bonds people more.

For soldiers here (Like Klostersgirl's son) that are mobilized and taking care of the country without any real rest.

I'm grateful to our lovely neighbours who brought round flowers and a bottle of prosecco for us. Apparently, a tiny, miniscule favour on our part has made a considerable difference to them.

Re: The April Attitude of Gratitude

I am grateful to the postman / postwoman who picks up all letters and packages at our home. In our little village we have "house service" from the post office. We are having a major clearout of things we don't need and not having to go to the post office to send things to buyers is great. Of course a lot of people do pick up. Suddenly it seems we don't live "in the middle of nowhere".

I am grateful that we can walk the dog without seeing a soul, or very few people.

Re: The April Attitude of Gratitude

In these balmy days, I am grateful for having time to notice the lovely sunshine.

For technology and people taking care of online services.

For meeting across the world.

For old books I found.

For new books arriving.

For everybody who has to be outside and working and taking care of us..

For friends that make me laugh.

Re: The April Attitude of Gratitude

Feeling a bit down today.

I'm grateful for my sweet cat Oliver who we rescued from the streets of downtown Dallas 13 years ago. He's slowly leaving this world (renal failure) and I keep reminiscing through all the wonderful memories and life's challenges we have faced together. Grateful to be at home during this time spending these last precious moments with him. Grateful for the recent abundant sunshine that has given him needed warmth and happiness.
