Forget the hairdresser - when will the second hand shops open!

Help!

I am the Zurich shopping queen. I am also newly unemployed. I *need* my fix of second-hand 'brocki' shopping.

Does anyone know when they will be allowed to re-open ?

And no, online second-hand shopping is just not the same. I need high volume, low budget items to fill my shopping cart and give me budget-joy.

29th of April there will be a press conference about phase 2 which is expected to start 11th of May. Than they'll know if they are included in phase 2 and what rules they must follow (stores that don't follow the rules should imho not be expected to open this summer or even this year)

Most of the shops may open by 27th Apr. Even though the govt includes only basic services like barbers, book shops etc the first wave is open to interpretation by canton

I see burger King opened their doors already this week.

Radikal liquidationen at Oerlikon has sometimes some pretty low prices. May not be the range you are looking at but from time to time they have some good stuff. Also they sell some food (I think they are related to Otto's given the sortiment) so may be open even now...

Their drive-in never had to close, their restaurants are still closed.

McD’s decided to close all their drive-in as well as the restaurants but they’re about to reopen them again.
Burger King kept theirs open.
