| | Small coffee pots in CH to boil Greek/Turkish coffee
I'm looking to buy a small coffee pot ( Kaffeekanne), like these: #1, #2. The goal is to boil Greek/Turkish coffee.
The ones that I find are only for espresso ( example), which are different from the ones I'm looking for. Either there are none, or I am not using the correct keywords. Looked up in melectronics, Fust, Mediamarkt, but no results came up.
Alternatively, a small cooking plate would do the work ( example), but I cannot find small coffee pots ( example). Am I out of luck?

You can get the non-electric ones at the Migros.

You can get them at the Turkish Shop in Oerlikon, Zurich - they have plenty in the back part of the shop.

did you consider these https://www.amazon.de/WMF-Mokkak%C3%...s%2C149&sr=8-5
not electric but unless you don't have a stove they are better than the electrical ones imo (though I guess not very different to your amazon link which you can order anyways)

My wife generally buys them in Turkey. Unfortunately, these traditional ones seem to be made for gas stoves, have a small contact surface and are not exactly efficient on an electric stove.

I wanted to add here something along the line but refrained....
I would also say that the ground coffee that one uses for preparing Turkish coffee (method, if you like) varies from country to country. OH has brought me coffee and tea last time when he visited Turkey and it wasn't like my "Turkish coffee".
So there are two issues if one is longing for a specific taste. | Quote: | | | | | | | | | | Btw, is there any Croatian shop in canton ZH? I might have missed many of these small shops.

Or you can always ask |

I was looking for one as well, to boil greek coffee. Thanks for the tip about Oerlikon!
Is it true that the size of the object depends on the number of people drinking it? I have read a couple of instructions online and seems that once you have one of these boilers you can should not fill it half way or similar...
