But you'd want to use it in a drill press, not a hand drill.

Ah, yeah, I saw your last sentence. How big are the chances OP has a drill press? I don't have one.

Thanks for all of the replies. I guess the issue with those hole saws is two-fold; one, I imagine without the proper drill, there's a lot of torque applied and I could probably hurt myself, and two, I can't find any located in CH. I have a ventilation issue that needs to be fixed ASAP, which is why I was asking if anyone knows a service that I could get this done, like, today. I don't have time to waste on shipping from China.

Unless you think cooking is too dangerous too. You better be inventive though, the guy knows how to cook too.

As mentioned, you could also use a Dremel tool with this attachment (available at Jumbo in Grancia), or make a simple jig on your own using the same idea.
Or just use an electric jigsaw, or a handheld coping saw and some elbow grease.
A Swiss army knife saw would work, too.
Another option would be to get one of these from a Lugano shop. Then you'd only have to cut out a square, if the circle seems too intimidating...

How thick is the wood?
What type of wood?
I have a scroll saw, but I need to look for it.

A router is possible too with the wood taken out. Perfect circle if you have the right addition.

If the OP really doesn't have any tools and wants to do it straight away, if the wood is softwood, he could just draw a 150mm diameter circle and go round quite a few times with a pocket knife, each time a bit deeper.
Or, if he has a drill, instead he could get a small bit 2mm, for example, and drill holes around the circumference and then knock the circle out.
People need a bit more imagination.

a) No saw, no worries, use a drill.
b) No drill, no worries, use a penknife
c) No penknife, no worries, use a piece of glass
d) No glass, no worries, use a sharp rock
e) No sharp rock, no worries, use a blunt rock to bang another blunt rock into sharp chips.
Or for the Macgyver's out there.
Jack up your cars driving wheels.
Measure 75mm from center
Stick on a penknife (If no penknife see above Section 1(c) to 1(e)
Put car in gear
Magical circle cutter.

Ditch the wood; that's too classy. Cardboard (taped together pizza boxes would be perfect), a steak knife and duct tape will solve your dilemma.

Magical circle cutter. | | | | | Considering the damage on the fender and the paintwork, buying the wood at Coop or Obi and have the hole sorted by them might be cheaper?
But a lot less fun, I agree. | Quote: | | | | | Outside of Lugano, 3km from OP.

Tom | | | | | I'll remember that should I ever need help. But I got too many tools here so it won't happen.
And I already know, your recipes and samples thereof are free.
Btw. I produced a killer batch of that a few days ago.

You can rent a jigsaw (just be careful!). There is a website where people rent out their tools here in Switzerland: sharely.ch https://www.sharely.ch/
Usually, the cost is per day or per hour. You can plug in your zip code to find what's available near you, then you drive to their home to pick it up. I'm sure there are jigsaws on there (and anything else), but I wasn't able to find the word for a "jigsaw" machine in German via Google translate. It translated it to "puzzle." | The following 2 users would like to thank Pancakes for this useful post: | |

It would probably be less expensive and less hassle to buy a cheap one, new, though.

And there's the CHF 24 offer from OBI that me.anon highlighted earlier.
