There are loads of options for savoury muffins...they often have cheese in them.
Also veggies, bacon, salmon etc. The possibilities are endless.
They’re not sweet at all.
Ah, now I get it. Did not get that word right .
Thanks.

Yep. And as I'm in a baking phase yet actually not so much into sweets, I'm gonna get right on it.

It is. Congrats!

I came off sugar in tea very elegantly: One day we visited friends and they asked whether I take sugar. Yes, thank you. No you don't, said my boyfriend.
He spent the previous weeks putting less and less sugar in my tea and yes indeed, I drank my tea without (ever since) and hadn't even noticed.
Boyfriend controlling one's sugar intake? I can't decide if it's cute or scary.

Have tried this method myself (on me, OH uses sweeteners) but it wasn't working. I just had to quit "cold turkey" so to speak. I decided to drink my coffee/tea sugar free and still enjoy it. I might not enjoy it that much it appears, as I do drink less coffee nowadays... Kind of a win-win situation.
