Sorry for this somewhat stupid question.

I recently had my eyes checked (I get them tested every 2 years) and the optician gave me glasses to wear only if I feel any discomfort. Correction of 0.25 in my right eye. So I do wear glasses sometimes when I drive.

Does this need to be informed to the authorities and get an endorsement in my licence that I wear glasses "sometimes"??

Thank you
No, your eyesight is good enough without correction, you don't need to wear glasses by law

We did a trial with contacts to simulate what it would be like to have one eye better at near and the other better at distance. My brain did not adapt at all. I had to stop and go home after half a day at work because it made me so ill.
Because my eyes were so different (with the natural lens) we already knew I'd adapt easily.

I've heard that you can, nowadays, get adaptive replacement lens that hook into your natural muscles and allow you to focus normally. Science is great.
