I have a question,
I might got flashed for speeding today and I am curious if that is the case or not. My question is can I be flashed from a portable camera which was located on the opposite side of direction of my lane?

Yes. My last speeding was exactly the situation you described.

Unless there was another speeding car coming in the opposite direction, I'm afraid it was you that got flashed. I hope the penalty is not too great. I just got a chf 40 fine for 1kph (after deduction) over the limit!
