Has anyone used the E-Post scanning service recently? Is it good, and do the letters get scanned the same day? I've seen some feedback here from a few years back (and back then the feedback was negative).

I used it this summer. It was quite OK when it got up and running.


It was very weird during the setup, I wasn't sure if my forwarding was in place or not.


In general, I would say it worked well in the end. I think things were scanned within an hour or two of selecting them to be scanned (they scan the envelope for free, then you can opt-in to scan the letter).


It was nice piece of mind while we were gone a month.

I used in the past & it was always excellent, if you wish to choose what they scan it can be delayed as you have to respond, if you scan everything then no delays.

I remember getting a notification at 8.04, replied instantly & had the scan before 10.00. If you respond after 12.00 then it's was always the following day.
