Swiss Post - E-Post Scanning

Hi all! New member but have been following for a while. Nice to meet you all. I am Geneva-based.

Has anyone used the E-Post scanning service recently? Is it good, and do the letters get scanned the same day? I've seen some feedback here from a few years back (and back then the feedback was negative).
