returning to Switzerland from USA (Covid stuff)

I'll be returning from the USA to Switzerland soon.

on the Bag website it say's this:

Customs in the airport’s transit zone check the negative test result on a random basis. For this control, a result brought from the following test is permissible:


my question is:
* has anyone returned to switzerland and been randomly checked?
or - does anyone know if Random is just another word for EVERYONE.
