| | Fine for falling asleep on train
I was on a night out recently, and on the way home to Visp a train stopped for me. Once in the comfort of the train I quickly passed out.
Now I received a conditional fine of 30 daily rates of 140 francs each. In addition, I must pay a fine of 1050 francs and 600 francs in procedural costs.
Can anybody recommend a lawyer?

wasn't that IC/EC you boarded by standing on the tracks with hand raised and asking for a lift may get expensive ...

I talked to my health insurance and they sad they won't cover the costs. Why do I pay insurance at all?
I mean why did the train stop for me if I wasn't allowed on? Can I sue the driver?

It would be cheaper (next time) to hire a driver service, a taxi or a room in a nice hotel.
For 6000 sfr, you could hire a helicopter

I'd already got my steps in for the day so I decided to have a quick snooze. Having stopped for me it would be very discourteous to not hop on. | Quote: | | | | | Now that is true job dedication
