i need to travel to strasbourg next week, to a funeral ,is this allowed i live in the Baden area, I hear one thing then another.

A quick google search would have told you the opposite. Not sure why the OP needs us to google for him: it’s possible, you’ll need a pcr test and some paperwork...

Sometimes the situation on the ground is actually totally different to what official websites proclaim so it can indeed make sense to ask people about personal experiences, including such information as to any delays they could be expecting etc.
