Hello EFs! my electricity knowledge is at the level of my american football... just see things moving on the field...
An electrician was reviewing our setup to place some additional sockets at home. He went downstairs to the 'main control panel', and said something like 'oh, you have 2 x 10A line in the whole house. You should install an additional linke, to have 3 x 10A, so you don't have problems of black-outs because of over-power needs.
I was confused - we never had any power blackout. Then I asked a friend who said "when you add this 3rd line of 10A your monthly fix costs will be higher because your base with be higher'....
i have been looking up & down (

Any help is welcomed, please!
(for info, we are pretty minimalistic on our consumption... we have the basics (fridge/freezer/DW/induction/oven/microwave), and then, TV, usual lighting -LEDs & 4 laptops.
No fancy electornics, and no WM/tumbler on premises....)
