Stone location means it cannot be moved away by crane.
In our old building, the new balconies were delivered by crane over the top of the house. Send a short email to your Gemeinde and see if they have any ideas.

In our area they use helicopters for delivery and removal of items such as large tree trunks, building materials and prefabricated swimming pools.

If you're thinking of disposing of it by breaking it up, check there's not a heritage charity or organisation that prevents this
I'm not sure but I suspect this may be a metaphorical millstone rather than an actual one.

I think personally I would leave the stone and do whatever I was planning there somewhere else. Otherwise how about digging a very deep pit next to it and burying the bast**d? Can you get a small digger in there?
