"Saddle", "Zero Gravity" or Ergonomic Office Chair Experiences?? Locations??

Hello,

I am curious whether anyone has any thoughts or experiences with "saddle" office chairs or any kind of ergonomics chairs as well as "zero gravity" workstation setups?

I am currently comparing the HAG Capisco (tan in photo) and the Score Amazone (green in photo) for use at my electronic sit/stand desk.

I have compressed lower back disks and am also looking into a "zero gravity" setup shown in the photo below to alternate.

I am also curious whether people can recommend places to buy saddle and ergonomic office chairs and zero gravity outdoor chairs in the greater Zurich area or CH and Germany generally.

Below is what I know of so far (to add to the collective knowledge) but I am curious if anyone knows of any more.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Make a Big Wish

To knowledge share ..... ZH ergonomic office chair shops I know of so far:
Me-First.ch on Hardturmstrasse
Rueckencenter.ch on Hardstrasse
Frohsinn.ch in Seefeld
Richardo.ch
Stuff in this EF post with slightly different approach:

I tried various chairs but very quickly decided they were too difficult to sit on and I'd rather just slouch on another chair. Pilates was the answer to my back problems. That and tramadol.

If you have a height-adjustable desk, saddle chairs are great. For normal desks their lowest position is just way too high. I would take one without backrest.

Yes, I have an electronic sit/stand desk.

Reason for one without backrest? I like the lumbar support. Makes me sit up straight and seems to keep me from slouching .... perhaps you have realized something I don't know yet ???

Feels to me like without backrest there is better training for the upper body. No idea if this is true. To be honest, I have not used saddle with backrest, so only compare saddle w/o to normal office chair.

Did it strengthen you so that you can now sit up straight for a good while without getting tired or slouching?

Still trying to find out, but so far this works well for several hours. But I agree with the other poster - importabt to do some proper back muscle training.
